Why is my business income being automatically entered in a city I didn't work in, but my wife did?

I suspect that your self-employment income was reported as your spouse's income.  Whose name and Social Security number is listed at the top of the Schedule C in your tax return?

View the Schedule C at Tax Tools / Print Center / Print, save or preview this year's return.

If so, return to the self-employment income at Federal / Income & Expenses / Your income and expenses / Self-employment income and expenses.

At the screen Personal info summary, see the Social Security number and name of the proprietor.  Click Edit to the right to correct.

Hopefully, this change will correct the tax return.
