Why can I not find Box 48 on the T4 form? Thank you!

Could you clarify that your information is in fact a T4 information slip as the information from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) indicates that there is no box 48 on the T4. Could it perhaps be a T4A slip: Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income as this one indicates a box 48 Fees for service. If this is the case, please enter your information in the T4A information slip section.
