Can I change the numbers in my 2021 tax return to the numbers CRA has in their reassessment?

Would like to change the numbers before transferring my information to my 2022 tax return.

Unfortunately, once your return is filed, the numbers can only be changed with a Refile. If you do a fake return just to include the new numbers, this will not transfer to the 2022 return as it was not filed.

Once you have transferred your 2021 information and completed the interview, you can go through your return and verify that the correct information has been included by going to the Detailed Tax Summary as seen in the image below.
