Can I file my 2022 return early, if I haven't filed my 2021 return yet? (first year sole-proprietorship)

    No. NETFILE doesn't open until tomorrow, and you won't be able to print until then either, so you can't file early.

     

    You can file your 2022 return before your 2021 return, but it's recommended to send the 2021 return first.
