Can the vew version of Turbotax (2022) allow me to work with the files of Turbotax (2021)?

I will be using Home & Business in both turbotax versions

    No. If you want to create or edit 2021 tax returns, you will need to use TurboTax Home & Business 2021. TurboTax for 2022 will only allow you to transfer data from a 2021 return into a 2022 return.

    Thank you Tax Susan for the answer. However, it would help to answer the following:

    Can I open (with TurboTax 2022) the Turbo Tax 2021 file and just see the information of the year before (without editing)?

    The easiest thing to do is to open your 2021 software and the 2022 one- then you can get information if needed.
