Can you please provide me with an example of a completed Northern Living Allowance tax form?I am having difficulty completing the section for travel expenses?

Is the taxable travel benefit amount received from your employment in the prescribed zone will be shown in Box 32 or 33 of your T4 slip for the year or per trip. ex. Box 32 $1,000 = $500/ 2 non medical trips or $1,000/trip.
