It is also called the Adjustment for Income Replacement Indemnities Received from a Public Compensation Plan Outside Quebec.

Clicking on entry amount line 358 on TP1 General of Qc. brings up the related Turbo Tax form (Not available from Turbo's list of Forms menu)

Called Revenue Quebec and confirmed Line 1 is line D of WSIB letter

line 4 100%

line 9 and 12 is line D of WSIB Letter

Line 14 is Line C of WSIB Letter

Line 34 is Line F of WSIB Letter

But the online form https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/online-services/forms-and-publications/current-details/tp-752-0-0-6-v/

Does behave slightly different than the Turbo Form;

Noted that RC210 form worked perfectly
