Why does turbotax not provide sufficient expense categories for actors
No guidance either for what percentage of expenses may be deductible

    The expense categories are based off of the CRA form T2125 Statement of Business or Professional Activities, so we can't really change them.

     

    As for what percentage of expenses you can claim, for most expenses you can claim whatever percentage of the expense was for business purposes.
