How can I purchase a CD for the 2021 turbotax? I do not see any option for that on the website? Is it available in stores?

I'm in Canada. I've had the option to renew subscription for many years. I got nothing this year.

Unfortunately, our TurboTax Advantage program was discontinued last year. You won’t be sent anything, and you won’t be billed for anything either. This TurboTax FAQ has more information: Information for TurboTax Advantage customers

You can still buy TurboTax CD/Download, though. You can buy it from a retailer like Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc... if you want a physical CD. Or you can buy a Licence Code from us and use the download to install the software. This is what we have available for 2021: TurboTax Download Software
