How do I enter a Machine, Class 8 CCA that we bought and sold in the same year?

You would enter it as both a purchase and as an item sold. If this machine cost $1,000 or more, you can enter it in its own separate class 8.

Class 8 is subject to the half-year rule, so, along with the fact that you sold the machine, you may not see a significant amount for the CCA claim.
