I am currently an American trying to purchase a vacation home (but primary residence after a year) with cash in Nova Scotia in need of much renovation. Purchasing taxes?

I plan on working & living in Canada in 2 years; however, for now what taxes should be listed on purchasing contract?

    Presumably there should be both GST and Provincial sales tax on the purchase agreement. These are taxes that will be forwarded by the seller.
