I am not able to see any income form to enter necessary information

There is no tab showing search of various income form in software

    Do you see three lines next to the red TurboTax logo in the top left? If so, click on those lines to access the left-side menu items. 

     

    If that doesn't work, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?
