I applied for a refund for my purchase of Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition. The Case# is 1509694164. When can I expect a refund?

If you bought the software directly from us, the refund is usually processed within a couple of business days, but it may not show up on your credit card statement until the next one.

If you bought TurboTax from a retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart, etc…) it may take longer as we have to go through the retailer to process the refund.
