I bought Deluxe Online Edition, but when activating TurbotTax says I bought the standard version. What should I do??

I need to talk to someone.  It says if I continue activation I'm stuck with the standard edition, but I paid for the deluxe version  please help

    We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. To talk to a TurboTax specialist, begin by filling out the TurboTax Contact Us page form and telling us which platform and version of TurboTax you’re using.

     

    Once you complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear.

    You'll see the approximate wait time to speak with an agent. If the estimated wait exceeds 20 minutes, TurboTax will automatically call you back (in the order in which the requests are received) once the queue returns to a manageable amount.
