I selected the wrong product to purchase--how do I change the product?

      I have filed my own Turbotax returns for many years with the program on my computer

      This year I mistakenly purchased Turbotax Online at Costco and set up an account

      I want the version of Turbotax Basic which is on my computer, not the online version,  I cant make this Online version work

       

      How do I change please

      The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. You can get a refund for the Online version and then get the Desktop version that you want. Please use this form to request a refund: How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?
