If I had employees do I deduct their payroll from the professional fees?

    No, professional fees should include the total amount you received or will receive in sales, and fees for your fiscal period. Employee wages are entered in the Business or Work Expenses section "did you pay any wages or salaries to anyone?". Click "Yes" to be able to input their total salary. Please note to include your share of CPP contributions, EI Premiums, and Worker's Compensation amounts.
