Require help with transport employee expense in regards to meals. What time frame (hrs) does he need to be away from the home terminal in order to be able to claim meals?

Lookin in particular for the section Part 2A on the TL2 form. I am familiar with the requirements for Part 2B

    You can claim one meal after every four hours from the departure time, to a maximum of three per day. A day is considered to be a 24-hour period that begins at the departure time.
