TurboTax did not divide CCA Recapture by half (with 2 joint owners of the house) - it added the whole 100% as income of one person - is there a bug or fix available?

I was expecting only half of the CCA Recapture Value of the house, to be added as income for each of 2 joint owners. The expenses and CCA claims have always been 50%.
