Question

We have TT 2022 premium. We have real estate investment. CCA doesn't calculate automatically for the year. Anyone have this problem and know solution?

It doesn't automatically take off the 4% and calc UCC for end of year.  TT 2021 worked perfectly but not TT2022.

    Do you have net rental income? You can't use CCA to create or increase a rental income loss, so that might be why it's not calculating.
