We moved in 2021 for work, my employer covered part of my move. Am I able to claim the rest of my move that wasn't covered?

Specifically, my employer covered all expenses but 7 days accommodation and meals - this is all I am trying to claim. Can I do this?

Yes, if you moved at least 80 KM to be closer to work- You can claim your meals and accommodations if your employer hasn't paid for them. You will need to make sure that you have the receipts to prove to the CRA the amount that was spent. You will claim this under "Moving Expenses". Here is the link to what you claim as moving expenses from the CRA.
