You may be able to claim expenses like mortgage interest or rent, property taxes, utilities and home insurance. Standard office expenses such as stationery, file folders, staples, pens and markers can also be claimed as long as they’re strictly used for business.

This CRA page has a lot of information on what you can and can't claim as an expense: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/technical-information/income-tax/income-tax-folios-index/series-4-businesses/series-4-businesses-folio-2-deducting-business-expenses/income-tax-folio-s4-f2-c2-business-use-home-expenses.html
