Where to enter home purchase?

    If you are a first-time home buyer, you may be eligible to claim the Home Buyers' Amount. 

    • Click the Setting Up Tab and select the bottom option to return to your Profile. 
    • From the page that appears, click the Edit button beside Your home and other property. 
    • Answer Yes to the question did you buy a home, condo, apartment or mobile home this year? Check Yes to determine if you qualify for the first-time home buyers amount.
    • Complete the questions that follow.

    If you are not a first-time home buyer, there's no need to enter your home purchase.
