Why am I being blocked from filling in Part A of the clergy residence deduction form?

I have an amount in Box 30 of my T4 but it is not autofilling nor will it let me enter it manually

Double-check that the Box 30 you filled out is the Clergy Housing Allowance, as there are two Box 30's on the T4. Make sure you select Save and Continue once you enter the amount in the T4. If you don't, it won't auto-fill. Once you save, return to the Clergy Residence Deduction section and you should see the amount there for Part A.
