Question

Why can't I start my return? It just keeps taking me to the screen to select which product I want.

I used TurboTax several years previously. I just signed in, and went to start my return, but each time I select the option to start the return, it takes me back to the product selection page.

    I tired this, it didn’t fix the issue. For some reason though when I searched TurboTax and opened it that way, I got in no problem.
