Thank you for choosing TurboTax. Business Income is entered on you Income section of the form T2125 Business Statement. This is the income you received through sales, commissions, or professional income. 

Professional income is the income you receive from a client. For instance, if you have a practice as an Accountant, then the payments from your clients for the tax returns will be considered your professional income whereas, professional expenses in this case will be from the client side. The client paying the accounting fee will be considered professional expenses/fee for the client's return. 

In your case any legal, accounting, or professional fees will be the monthly fees you paid out, they are not the same as business income.
