Question

How can I transfer unusued tuition amounts (that I do not need becuase I already have a refund and no tax owing) in the current tax year to a spouse?

The spouse has a balance owing, higher income, and I do not. I am not an eligible dependent and that seems to be the only way to transfer tuition.
