Medical Expense for Retirement home are over $12K and also have Disability Credit. Getting error in Turbo Tax. How do I claim both?

Do I claim the Disability Credit and then only $10k of medical expenses? Non refundable exceed Payable. So how much of the $12k Medical Expenses do I claim?

    How much medical expenses do you have to claim? and it needs to be on a 12 months period.
