Question

Turbotax says I have some ITC carryback available and provides past 3 years boxes to enter. Why is there no change in bottom line when I complete boxes?

This is for an individual, the ITC is a result of investing in Flow Through Shares (T101 entry), I don't believe I'm bumping against the AMT threshold.  I am using the self-employed package.
