2021 turbo tax software did not include SD100 Ohio school district return or voucher. 2020, 2022, 2023 it did. I didn't catch it, now I pay interest and penalties.

When I compare the returns, that year stands out, no school district return, no voucher. I didn't catch it. Who would? Now I pay big time. Thanks a lot TurboTax.

According to my software (2021 download Deluxe), SD100 was available in the 2021 software.

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return (form SD100), you must initiate it.

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled  "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
      scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen  "Your 2021 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
    -Click Other situations
    -Scroll down to School District taxes.

I see that if you don't initiate the form, no SD100. But why would that option be available? Why wouldn't the software flag that? A taxpayer could so easily miss that. I guess TurboTax blames me!
