Annualized income on Form MI-2210

How do I access the annualized income form for my Michigan State return in TurboTax Deluxe.  It is averaging out equal estimated taxes due for each quarter but I didn't earn the same amount each quarter.  How do I access the annualized income worksheet?

    Did TurboTax show you a screen with "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"? Under the subheading, "Other Tax Situations" scroll down to Michigan Estimated Tax Payments and click on Start or Revisit. You may get here another way if TurboTax just announces to you that you may owe an estimated tax penalty.
