This amount must have been picked up from a financial download, and the 'error message' requires a schedule, but the supporting detail is grayed out.

How do I enter the supporting detail?

If you're in TurboTax Desktop and have your Arizona Form 140 open, is the amount on Line 15 shown in red?

In my test return, I don't have an amount there, the button marked 'Explain' is gray, but it allowed me to click on it, and the Explanation Statement screen opened.

You could delete this transaction from your download, if you're able to do so, or Edit it in the Interest section. If you're able to do this, you'll come to a screen in the Arizona interview where you can make manual entries for this amount.

I can't get to this description, I made changes on Fed return and the correct amount is there but I cannot put in the details on the Arizona state return and cannot file my return
