Ca E-Filing Error

I have completed my tax return. I'm trying to pay for the California e-filing and I keep getting an error message that reads "Hmmm it looks like we hit a slight sang."  What does this mean and how do I correct it. The previous tax return I did in March didn't have this issue. CAN SOMEONE HELP

    Please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
