California Information Worksheet: Address Cycling

I am using online version and about to file my return. It told me I need to fix my address in California return. It continues to cycle same questions after input my address. Is there a fix for this? Why is this happening?

    Just finished a phone call with TurboTax customer service. She told me that there was bug in California return and they couldn't fix it. She suggested me to file by mail.🤣
