California withholding calculations error

Hi,

I submitted my 2024 taxes for California state tax but I got a mail saying that TurboTax withholdings calculations and state calculations are different by a lot. I went through TurboTax a few more times and double checked but it keeps coming out the same amount.

Is there any TurboTax Support I can get in contact with for help on this?

What exactly was wrong? Check your forms. State withholding is from W2 box 17 or 1099R box 14. Did you pick the right state in the drop down boxes? Did an amount show up on the wrong line? Or get entered twice, etc. Maybe you entered the state wages in the withholding box. I have CA also.
