Can I claim my tax levy which was taken out of my salary

I had $6,700 taken out for a tax levy, can I claim that on my taxes?

No, you can't claim a federal tax levy on your taxes.  This is simply payment due for past balances, which is not a deduction.

If it was a state levy, you may be able to add the amount paid to your itemized deductions.
