Can’t Efile MN state taxes

Can’t file my state taxes with my federal because the it says I didn’t pay any state taxes. Box 2 is blank but box 17 has the amount I was taxed by the state. What’s going on here? Should I e-file them separately? Will my return get rejected?

Maybe it's an erroneous error notice..........

BUT

NO ONE can e-file (nor paper file) MN taxes yet.

The forms , and e-filing, ANY MN tax returns is not expected to be available, in the TTX software, until AFTER 23 January.

Probably, that's a good thing. Many people get more tax documents later in January that they "forgot" about......Interest, dividends, a short-term job from early in the eyar...(sometimes they even show up in early February) .
