Did I take a special dept allowance on my 2023 taxes filed through TurboTax?

the screen I am on is "Check This Entry".... and I have no idea what this is or whether this special depreciation allowance was used on my taxes last year. my inclination is to opt OUT of the special depreciation allowance because I only own a townhouse, which I live in.

If you are not using your townhome for business then you don't have to worry about special depreciation at all. If you are renting a portion of your townhome out then it shouldn't be eligible for special depreciation so you can opt out for that as well.
