E file state only

I have to paper file my federal return because there are forms that can't be efiled, but now TT won't let me efile just my NYS return.

NYS mandates that all returns are efiled so how do I get around this?

NYS DOES allow you to paper file. They prefer that you e-file but when you cannot, you can paper-file.
