Turbo tax will not allow WA state residence to file just Federal. It’s requiring state but if you do not qualify for the Working Families Tax Credit then it will not allow you to qualify eFile (even if you click the radio button to send in your state taxes separate and not eFile those). If there going to be a fix? This is ridiculous!!!
