When e-filing to Virginia, the efile does not include Form 760C even when this form is completed. This has been the case for at least the past 3 years. Is there a way of manually attaching Form 760C to the Efile? Otherwise, I should just file everything manually to ensure VA gets Form 760C. Any suggestions?
