Fix California Return Loop

I'm stuck in the loop of fixing California return Form 568:
After providing the required missing information (ZIP code):
And state:
I was redirected back to the same page.
So I can't finish my tax filing.

    This is what I initially thought - the wrong zip format, but I tried both and it didn't help.

    Then I called the support team, and we carefully read the error message: Zip should be blank. This means that I should delete the entered zip. The same issue was with the state—State should be blank. After I deleted both field values, the form was accepted.

    Try the steps in this help article:

     

    You may receive a message like:

    ZIP code is invalid for Electronic Filing. You must enter a valid ZIP code for your state. Enter a correct ZIP code in this format 'nnnnn' or 'nnnnn-nnnn'

    TurboTax follows the IRS guidelines for acceptable ZIP codes. If the two-letter state abbreviation doesn't match the ZIP code, you'll receive this error when attempting to e-file.
