Health insurance penalty

Wife and I both have insurance for the entire year 2024. Why is TurboTax asking that we revisit question of health insurance penalty?

    It needs an answer. Follow these steps:

    1. Review your answers in the state program. Be sure you answer all health questions.
    2. Take a look at your state tax form and make sure you see the correct answer marked.
    3. If you had marketplace insurance, review your federal entries.
