How do I enter dividends from high impact businesses in Illinois to subtract from my income. I can find no place to enter this information. I have entered this manually (not using Turbotax) in the past on Schedules M and 1299-C, but not clear how I get to this in Turbotax

Online:

Go through until you reach the screen Take a look at Illinois credits and taxes
Select the drop down arrow
Select "River Edge" or whichever you have, start
Enter the information

Desktop:

Switch to Forms mode
Open form 1299
Enter the information under "River Edge" or whichever you have
