In the New York interview, on the screen that says "Take a look at New York credits and taxes," scroll down to the "Other Tax Credits" section and click the Start button for "Other Less Common Credits." After you answer the question about bribery convictions, if you answered No, the next screen, "Uncommon Credits," has a long list of check boxes. Check the box near the bottom of the list for "Claim for Pass-Through Entity Tax Credit (IT-653)," then click Continue.
