If you are asking about the Subsistence Allowance deduction for SC, your employer should provide you with the number of workdays you are allowed to claim for this deduction.

 

This number is entered on the screen titled, 'Here's the income that South Carolina handles differently'.  Click Start or Revisit beside Public Service > Subsistence Allowance to enter the number of days.
