Continue your RI return
Scroll down to "Other tax situations"
Open the dropdown menu
Scroll down to "Estimated Taxes"
Yes you want to complete the interview
No to 2/3 farming as applicable
You can click through or make entries if you want to create estimated payments
Get to the page to "Apply Overpayment"
