i imported my W2s on turbo tax online - filing two states since i work in NY - Fed looks fine...did my NY state 1st and it shows "State Tax withheld as 0 - not correct

is it not picking up the data in the W2 import?

I'm not sure why the import of your W-2 forms is not working properly. The remedy is to edit the W-2 entries and enter the missing numbers manually.

thanks - i can delete the W2 imports and it wont impact my work so far?

You do not need to delete the W-2. Compare the entries to your paper copy of the W-2 and correct the entries that are in error.

Hopefully, you will find that the state withholding needs to be added.

In TurboTax Online, manually correct the entries on your IRS form W-2.
