I live in Indiana and work in Illinois, do I need to have Indiana taxes withheld from my paycheck? If so what form do I fill out? Thanks!

    IN and IL do not have a reciprocal tax agreement.

    Therefore, Illinois taxes will be withheld from your pay. At year end, you will file an Illinois non resident return, and then an Indiana resident one.  See Credit for Taxes Paid to Other States here:
