I live in Washington and therefore don't need to file a state return. No WFTC. It let me skip and file like normal but it still says "Started" under State WA. Glitch?

If you started the return it will show on the list. You can always go to Your State Returns in the left panel the click on the TRASH CAN next to Washington.
