It depends. If you were a resident for two months then you are required to file a North Dakota (ND) state return for that period to include any income earned and received during that time.

File two part year resident state returns assuming your other state does have an income tax.
There would be no credit for taxes paid to another state since only income during the residency period for each state would be taxed to each appropriate resident state.
